The story of Ernest Shackleton and his legendary expedition to the South Pole aboard the Endurance is one of survival, courage, and resilience that has left an indelible mark on the history of polar exploration. Shackleton, a British adventurer, found himself trapped in the Antarctic ice after his ship, the Endurance, ran aground. What followed was an epic odyssey of survival in an inhospitable and desolate place.

“Endurance” captures the essence of this relentless struggle for life at the edge of the world. In each fragrance, you'll find the indomitable spirit of Shackleton and his crew, as well as the advertising that recruited these brave men, as clear and sincere as it is mythical.

The departure of Grapefruit and Pineapple reflects the freshness and vitality that Shackleton and his men maintained even in the most difficult circumstances.

The heart of Lavender, Ginger, and Monoi transports us to the white and blue immensity where the crew of the Endurance remained without fainting for months.

The base of Musk, Cedar, and Ambergris provides longevity and persistence, also providing a marine and woody note that seeks to represent the ship trapped in the ice.

We were born with the challenge of preserving a destination within a bottle. We sustainably promote access to artistic perfumery, without large impersonal marketing campaigns or the barriers of ultra-luxury.

Our story

We have always been travelers, entrepreneurs and curious people.
In 2012, we began our journey in the fragrance industry, where after our training we were fortunate to be assigned to the Middle East Region. There, perfumes are a culture, and in almost every home, the ingredients are known, and their blends are passed down from generation to generation.

Together with multinationals in the sector, we worked with the region's historic brands, for whom we coordinated the formulation and supply of fragrances, while sharing endless discussions over tea.

Emirates, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Libya, India, Pakistan... Our experience grew, and so did the territories we covered, starting to travel throughout East Africa and South Asia. An exciting period that taught us to open our eyes to other cultures, their scents, and their traditions.

At the end of 2018, the Mediterranean reclaimed us, and we returned home, from where we continued to travel while we settled in.

We decided to venture out and share the experiences of all those years through perfumes, and to do so in a sustainable, humane, and honest way. This is how Botanicae was born.

From here, our stories are told with perfumes. We work and live intensely to continue surprising you with them.

Our deliveries are made via DHL Express courier, which delivers within 3/5 Days of the shipment of the goods.

For all orders the customer will receive a free gift and/or several perfume or cosmetic samples which can also be requested personalized in the order notes.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days from receipt of payment. Orders with samples only may take longer. In the event of warehouse errors and the product being unavailable, the customer will be contacted immediately by email to agree on delivery times.

We have a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
