Our deliveries are made via GLS ITALIA courier, which delivers within 24-72 hours of the goods being shipped. The service costs €7.20 (including VAT) for all orders under €35; €9.20 for shipping to the islands (Sicily and Sardinia) and Calabria for all orders under €35. Shipping is always free for orders over €35. For all orders, customers will receive a free gift and/or several perfume or cosmetic samples, which can also be customized in the order notes. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Orders consisting of samples only may take longer. In the event of a stock error and the product is unavailable, the customer will be contacted immediately by email to arrange delivery.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
