Liguria is the territory in which I have chosen to live, it is an austere and tiring land but which can give fruits and aromas of infinite beauty.

Just think of the colorful houses of the Cinque Terre, the privilege of sipping an ancient Sciachetrà secretly offered by the real farmer, the sunsets overlooking the sea, the sensual charm of the alleys, the human-scale, small and well-appointed houses set on a land that doesn't even seem habitable due to its narrowness and slope. Here vision becomes perfume, opening with wild herbs, herbs that accompany grandmothers' kitchens, citrus peels that grow lush in the winter sun.
