Crafted with precision and passion, CRÈME BRÛLÉE may show simplicity in its aromatic notes but hides a complex blend of precious ingredients. Theodoros Kalotinis was born and raised in Heraklion, Crete. It all started early. Since his school years his daily habit was to collect herbs and flowers for his herbarium. His love for nature and smells developed too early since he grew up with his grandmother originally from Izmirni.

On weekends, their favorite pastime took place in their grandmother's kitchen filled with herbs and spices where little blindfolded Theo had to recognize the herbs and spices being brought under his nose; In this way he practiced smell and his childhood game became his endowment and a lifelong skill.

During his adolescence he became a perfume collector. A few years later he wanted to create his own perfume with substances from the Greek nature. So, she got essential oils and started testing. Day after day and during incessant hours of testing, he managed to produce his personal patent for the creation of perfumes combining unique Haute Perfumery essential oils with alcohol distilled from natural grapes. Later, he went to the city of Grasse in France to learn the basic principles of perfumery and then studied cosmetology at the Greek University.

Today, the house of Perfumer Theodoros Kalotinis is known by the name of its creator and is the first Greek house of artisanal perfumery that has transformed nature into inspiration. The success of the house reached its peak in 2018, when Theodore Kalotinis created personal perfumes for the Prince of Wales, Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall, Camilla. After discovering his talent, the brand's growing reputation has gradually expanded throughout the world through social media and mass media.
