HOW TO USE

Open the sachet and pour the contents into a bowl. Add about 40 ml of water, stirring continuously until the mixture is smooth. After cleansing and drying your skin, apply the mask to your face using the spatula, avoiding the eyelids, eyebrows, hairline, and lips. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. Gently remove with your hands, moving from top to bottom, starting from the forehead. Do not rinse; remove any small residues with slightly dampened fingers or with a wet, wrung-out BAKEL CLEANSING WIPE. S-MASK can be used on all skin types, morning and evening.

Our deliveries are made via GLS ITALIA courier, which delivers within 24-72 hours of the goods being shipped. The service costs €7.20 (including VAT) for all orders under €35; €9.20 for shipping to the islands (Sicily and Sardinia) and Calabria for all orders under €35. Shipping is always free for orders over €35. For all orders, customers will receive a free gift and/or several perfume or cosmetic samples, which can also be customized in the order notes. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Orders consisting of samples only may take longer. In the event of a stock error and the product is unavailable, the customer will be contacted immediately by email to arrange delivery.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
