In this diverse and lively fragrance, the indulgent, almost biscuity notes of Madagascar vanilla and caramel are enlivened by notes of orange blossom and the citrusy scent of the peel and leaves of the ripe chinotto, harvested between November and December, when its color reaches an intense orange hue and its scent becomes lively and vibrant.

Chinotto is a citrus plant that comes from far away, but finds its ideal home in Savona, a small coastal town on the Western Ligurian Riviera. A rich history, waiting to be discovered, makes it immediately famous and sought-after. Chinotto is generous; its abundant blossoms, leaves, and peel yield highly fragrant extracts. The aromas and colors of the fruit change depending on the season and ripeness, ranging from bright green to yellow and orange.
