More than 200,000 olive trees roam this warm and colorful landscape, thus enabling the town of Nyons to produce soap and oil of great renown. Imagine that the remains of the oldest soap factory in France were discovered here, the first traces of which date back to 1592. Almost 300 years later, we are passionately reviving this dormant tradition, placing La Savonnerie de Nyons in the footsteps of the soap makers of Nyons .
