Shipping policy

Our deliveries are made by Poste Delivery Express courier, which deliver in 24/72 from the shipment of the goods. The cost of the service is 7.20 euros including VAT for all orders under 35 euros; 9.20 euros instead of shipping to the islands (Sicily and Sardinia) and Calabria for all orders under 35 euros. For orders over 35 euros, shipping is always free. For all orders, the customer will receive a gift and/or various samples of perfume or cosmetics which can also be requested customized in the order notes.

Orders are processed from receipt of payment from 1 to 2 working days. In the event of stock errors and the product being unavailable, the customer will be contacted immediately by email to agree on delivery times.
