The Candied Lemon-Candied Orange-Candied Citron accord combines with the soft heart based on Custard to which a drop of rum has been added. The riot of candied fruit, mixed with the cream, makes the citrus scents of a mellow, sugary lemon, devoid of the acidic note, round and irresistible.
