Our history
We have been raising bees for 20 years and guaranteeing their survival.
And therefore, ours.
The "I Mori di Paestum" beekeeping company was born in the heart of the Cilento National Park, in an ancient land, rich in history and tradition never touched by intensive agriculture, so our bees benefit from this uncontaminated territory.

Beekeeping is located in the same area where the ancient Greeks began the colonization of Magna Graecia and where they brought their children for the first time hives.

The first hives are documented in the frescoes of the so-called beekeeper's tomb, found near the ancient city.

Our philosophy is to produce honey respecting the bee, nature, traditions and to convey the history and flavors of these lands in our products.

Despite being a very young company, the first experience was born way back in 1994, where for the first time I wore the beekeeper's suit, handed down to me by my dear grandfather to bring me closer to the world of bees. In doing so he passed on to me his passion which has turned into a family tradition.

Founder I Mori di Paestum

The company extends over the entire Archaeological Park of Paestum, covering an area of approximately 6 km, from the sea to the gates of the ancient city.
There are two apiaries, the largest is located in Laura di Paestum, with a south-southwest exposure towards the nearby sea and allows it to be kissed by the sun and caressed by the sea breeze.

The second, also exposed to the south-southwest, it is in the Matinella di Albanella area, in the heart

of the Persano Oasis, a challenge that has produced a very fine and aromatic honey.

Our profound respect for nature requires us to reduce the environmental impact to a minimum, therefore for our bee houses we only use natural wood and water-based colours.

As a tribute to these uncontaminated lands rich in history and tradition, we chose the bee to represent our company and gave our products the name of the places of our origins.

We are the Moors of Paestum, two twin brothers who have been trying for almost twenty years to enhance the typicality and uniqueness of Paestum through the help of nature, breeding bees and ensuring their survival. And therefore, ours.

Our deliveries are made via DHL Express courier, which delivers within 3/5 Days of the shipment of the goods.

For all orders the customer will receive a free gift and/or several perfume or cosmetic samples which can also be requested personalized in the order notes.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days from receipt of payment. Orders with samples only may take longer. In the event of warehouse errors and the product being unavailable, the customer will be contacted immediately by email to agree on delivery times.

We have a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
