In the evening, on cleansed and dry skin, pass the acid wipe -1- over the entire face, neck, and décolleté for one minute, avoiding the eye and lip area. Wait until the skin is dry again. Then pass the basic wipe -2- over the entire face, neck, and décolleté for one minute. Wait until the skin is dry again and proceed directly with the usual treatment without rinsing. Use daily on normal, combination, and oily skin; on alternate evenings on slightly sensitive skin. Any tingling sensation when passing the acid wipe and any heat and redness with the basic wipe are due to the renewing action of the product.

Our deliveries are made via GLS ITALIA courier, which delivers within 24-72 hours of the goods being shipped. The service costs €7.20 (including VAT) for all orders under €35; €9.20 for shipping to the islands (Sicily and Sardinia) and Calabria for all orders under €35. Shipping is always free for orders over €35. For all orders, customers will receive a free gift and/or several perfume or cosmetic samples, which can also be customized in the order notes. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Orders consisting of samples only may take longer. In the event of a stock error and the product is unavailable, the customer will be contacted immediately by email to arrange delivery.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
