Benamôr was born from the passion of a pharmacist capable of creating miraculous lotions in the heart of Lisbon, in Campo Grande nº189. The brand soon became the best beauty ally for Portuguese women, to the point that even Queen Amélie was a faithful consumer.

Benamôr has always paid great attention to the production process, which still takes place according to a mainly artisanal method. Respect for tradition is a constant: the packaging of all products reproduces a pattern with flowers and natural details created in the 1920s in full Art Deco style. The beautiful vintage advertising posters produced in the 1950s reproduce the best sellers of the time, some of which are available in the same formulation and are still very popular today.

The raw materials are rigorously selected and in some cases the producers have been the same since 1925. All products are free from parabens, preservatives and petrolatum.
