HOW TO APPLY

Apply morning and evening, smoothing the product from bottom to top, from the inside out of the face, until completely absorbed. We recommend placing the refill in its case to protect it from light and temperature changes, thus ensuring its integrity and durability.

Our deliveries are made via GLS ITALIA courier, which delivers within 24-72 hours of the goods being shipped. The service costs €7.20 (including VAT) for all orders under €35; €9.20 for shipping to the islands (Sicily and Sardinia) and Calabria for all orders under €35. Shipping is always free for orders over €35. For all orders, customers will receive a free gift and/or several perfume or cosmetic samples, which can also be customized in the order notes. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Orders consisting of samples only may take longer. In the event of a stock error and the product is unavailable, the customer will be contacted immediately by email to arrange delivery.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
